HAIR LOSS PREVENTION TIPS

Hair loss either through breakage/shedding and thinning is a very common complaint amongst black woman. The problem is caused by various factors.  Tension or pulling from tight braids, ponytails, barrettes and weaves are some of the reasons women experience 'Traction alopecia.'  Hair loss from stress and medication is another source. Dryness due to the use of products containing alcohol, over processing of hair with chemicals is another cause of hair loss for particularly black women who may get a relaxer and receive hair color of a lighter shade which strips the hair of melanin causing hair to look and feel dry and brittle.

As women with ethnic hair, we have all experienced shedding and the frustration of having our hair on the floor and in the combs, are difficult to deal with.  As a woman who has researched and experienced this problem. I believe I have an answer or remedy, which if used consistently will rectify 99.9% of the problem.

1. Shampoo hair three times with our Moisture Shampoo, rinse and apply Stabilizer Plus.
2. Sit under Warm dryer for 20 minutes or cover hair with plastic cap for 15 minutes.
3. Rinse hair thoroughly, spray Leave-in-Detangler and proceed with styling.  The Diva Leave-in-Detangler penetrates the hair shaft and closes the cuticle.

At bedtime apply Diva Super-Gro sparingly to scalp and tie hair with silk scarf.
Enjoy Divalicous hair!

Love always,

Cindy
